We want you to be satisfied with HetuGlobal. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund under the terms below.

Eligibility

Credit packs: Refundable within 14 days if no credits have been used. Subscription plans: Refundable within 7 days of the initial payment if the service has not been materially used. Recurring subscription charges are not refundable after the renewal date.

How to request a refund

Submit a refund request from the Orders page or contact our support team with your order number and reason. We will review and respond within 2 business days.

Refund method

Approved refunds for PayPal payments will be returned to the original PayPal account within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
